"I live in a rural part of Devon, growing here I've found alcohol is usually used by young people, generally in the evenings to provide 'entertainment' i.e underage people getting drunk and putting on an act for the others. Rural areas are often forgotten about, but the fact is, they have to provide their 'own' activities and 'games' and this can sometimes lead them into trouble and lead into drinking games and even drugs, all 'because they are bored'."
