Devon and Cornwall Criminal Justice Board
"The Devon and Cornwall Local Criminal Justice Board was established in April 2003, and brings together the chief officers of the six key agencies involved in the criminal justice process in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The 42 Local Criminal Justice Boards (LCJB) in England and Wales were set up in April 2003 to manage the criminal justice system (CJS) at a local level and to ensure all criminal justice agencies are working together to tackle crime. They report to the National Criminal Justice Board (NCJB) which brings together ministers and senior officials across Government."
