Action Against Business Crime (AABC)
“The main focus of AABC is to provide a strong national supporting organisation for partnerships, to support and develop local Business Crime Reduction Partnerships (BCRPs) and ensure there are firm links between businesses, CDRPs, police and other relevant local and regional agencies. AABC provides networking opportunities through the website, conferences, seminars and publications. We assess their needs and provide a programme to help them work towards abstinence.” Addaction North Devon “We’re here to help people who have problems with alcohol in the North Devon and Torridge area. We can offer you one-to-one counselling, help you with your motivation and give you information and advice on ways to overcome your problems. People come to us after being referred by their GP or other specialist services, but you can also come to and see us voluntarily. We also offer alcohol awareness training to community groups, professionals and employers. We can help employers engage with staff who have an alcohol or drug problem.”
